Accommodation at the Sebel Albert Park and Park Regis Griffin Suites have been secured at highly competitive rates for delegates. To book your accommodation please complete the online registration form.

To secure your reservation a deposit equivalent to one night's room tariff is required. If paying by credit card, your details will be passed onto the hotel as a guarantee. The hotel may not initially deduct a deposit payment from your credit card but may charge your full payment at the time of checkout. The hotel may charge a processing fee on payments by credit card. Bookings cannot be made until the hotel receives your payment or credit card details. Room rates are in Australian Dollars and include the Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Sebel Albert Park, 65 Queens Rd, Melbourne (ASM venue)

Sebel Room (single/double/twin) – $165.00 per night, room only
Citigate Room (single/double/twin) - $145.00 per night, room only

Park Regis Griffin Suites, 604 St Kilda Rd, Melbourne (5 min walk to ASM venue)

Apartments contain full kitchen facilities.

One Bedroom Apartment $154.00 per night
Two Bedroom Apartment $209.00 per night

Check-in and Check-out Times

Check-in time is usually from 2:00pm. Should you wish to guarantee your room is ready before the hotel check-in time, it is recommended that you book and pay for the room for the evening prior to your arrival. Failure to advise your arrival time may mean that your room will be released. Check-out time is 10:00am.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Any change to a reservation must be notified in writing to the Meeting Organiser, CLEMS at asm2010@clems.com.au and not directly to the hotel. Notification of accommodation cancellation must be received in writing 30 days prior to arrival otherwise the deposit will be forfeited in all instances as per Hotel Policy. A Tax Invoice will be issued by the hotel on check-out.
