Dr Stavros Selemidis

Dr Stavros Selemidis is a research fellow in the Department of Pharmacology and Area Head of the Centre for Vascular Health’s Molecular Imaging Facility. Selemidis has over 10 years experience in the fields of endothelial vasodilator mechanisms and detection of reactive oxygen species with luminescence, fluorescence and electron paramagnetic resonance spectroscopy techniques. Current research topics of investigation include nitric oxide, vascular NADPH oxidase and atherosclerosis.
