Dr Anh TN Nguyen
Dr Anh TN Nguyen is an ARC DECRA Fellow and Head of the GPCR EcoPharmacology Laboratory at Monash Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences, leading interdisciplinary research on GPCR-targeted drug discovery for dementia and the effects of environmental pollutants on receptor and kinase signalling.
Dr Mouna Sawan
Dr Mouna Sawan is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Sydney and experienced pharmacist whose research focuses on improving medication safety for people living with dementia through co-designed tools, collaborative care, and national policy impact across aged care systems and diverse healthcare settings.
Dr Wessel Burger
Dr Wessel Burger is an NHMRC Emerging Leader Fellow and Senior Research Officer at the Walter and Eliza Hall Institute of Medical Research (WEHI) in Melbourne, Australia. He completed his Master’s degree at Leiden University, followed by a PhD at the Monash Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Monash University.
Professor Sarah Roberts-Thomson
Professor Sarah Roberts-Thomson has been awarded a Member of the Order of Australia (AM) for her contributions to pharmaceutical medicine, academic leadership, and education. She has built a distinguished career in breast cancer research and drug discovery, with over 100 publications and significant grant funding, and currently serves as Deputy Dean (Academic) at the University of Sydney alongside extensive governance roles.
Professor Michael Roberts
Professor Michael Roberts has been awarded an Officer of the Order of Australia (AO) for his distinguished contributions to pharmaceutical science, particularly in topical drug delivery and clinical toxicology. His extensive career has advanced understanding of drug pharmacokinetics, efficacy and safety, with lasting impact across research, education, and clinical practice.
